Founded in 2013 by Andrew Davis and Sam Aoun, EMT Australia originated as the healthcare logistics division of Protrans Express, one of Sydney’s premium transport and logistics providers. As the company’s healthcare client base expanded, Davis and Aoun identified a gap in the marketplace, developed customised carrier solutions for the industry, and transformed the healthcare division into an independent company. Today, EMT Australia serves clients ranging from small independent pharmacies and local hospitals to large international pharmaceutical companies.
With our head office and national operations centre situated in Sydney, EMT Australia also has depots in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra as well as temperature controlled warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne. With a fleet of vehicles supplied and maintained by Mercedes, each carrier is fitted with GPS tracking, on board dash cameras, radios, first aid, and dangerous goods and spill kits. To safely deliver your freight whatever its size or scope, we have vans with 2 tonne capacity vans; rigid trucks with 6, 8 and 12 tonne capacity; and semi-trailer vehicles with 22 tonne capacity.
